Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
